Day 210: Art Show in Leonardtown, MD on November 26th, 2011

Three Oaks Center is pleased to announce its 5th annual fall fundraiser, Working Artists Raising Money for The Homeless (WARMTH).  This annual event is an opportunity to draw on local artists to paint a rosier future by raising funds which help Three Oaks to sculpt its programs to improve their clients’ lives.

For just a $5.00 admission fee, you can sip on your wine as you leisurely stroll through the Historic Camalier House in Leonardtown while appreciating the displayed work of local artists. You can also meet the artists.  The art includes paintings, ceramics, jewelry, Christmas ornaments, sculpture and photography. Each artist contributes one piece for silent auction, the  proceeds of which go to Three Oaks Center programs. Other works are for sale with a portion of the proceeds going to Three Oaks. It is a great opportunity to do some Christmas shopping where the joy of giving extends not only to your gift recipient, but to St. Mary’s County citizens in need of a helping hand.
