Day 189: Kid’s Free Skate Night in Waldorf, MD

The Charles County Sheriff’s Office holds a wonderful event to stay connected with the younger civilians under their protection.  Students from Charles County Public Schools are invited to join sheriff’s officers from the school resource unit at the Waldorf Skating Center for a kids-skate-free event.

There are a total of three skate nights coming up – one for elementary school students and two for middle schools.  Check out the schedule to see when your kid’s school skate night is.  The students will only be admitted on the night specified for their particular school and they must present a student identification card at the door before they’ll be permitted inside.  And don’t forget to check over the rules and guidelines before you head out!

Where:  The Waldorf Skating Center is located behind Pizza Hut in Waldorf on Route 5/Leonardtown Road, across from Post Office Road.
